1:00PM I Maximizing your photography
Nolan Center Classroom
There's a reason you can't get that shot to turn out the way you want it. Understand core principles of photography can greatly elevate your photos. This class will help you understand and apply basic concepts in order to improve your production and minimize time in the editing software.
Jonathon Dawe: originally from Southeast Missouri. 10 years experience as a photojournalist, approximately 20 years as a professional photographer in various capacities. His photography focuses on storytelling and organic portraiture.
5:00PM | Annual Bear Fest Dinner
The Stikine Inn & Restaurant
James Beard award winning Chef Renee Erickson and her team from the Eat Sea Creatures restaurants are designing a night of fine dining highlighting local ingredients and regional seafoods.
This is the annual auction fundraiser that allows Bearfest to bring inspiring programs to Wrangell, and also to help support youth programs that develop mind and body.
