* 2:00pm -  Kids Event - Cub Plunge - Community Swimming Pool.  

All Children Under 7 and NON- Swimmers Must Be Supervised!!

 * 5:00pm -  "NIGHT OUT"  Seafood Dinner  by Chef Dana Tough of Seattle. Stikine Inn .  Music by the Chameleon Brotherhood. $60 per person.  Doors open for cocktail hour at 5pm, dinner at 6 followed by an auction fundraiser.  Items can be seen at the Nolan Center Wednesday July 24 and Thursday July 25.

Everyday During Bearfest Week:

* Anan Bear tours will be provided by various local operators as well as merchant and local business specials. 

* Bearfest Raffle tickets for Systemwide tickets on Alaska Airlines will be sold by various sponsor businesses such as Stikine Inn, Buness Bros,  Alaska Vistas/Java Junkie,.... 

* Movies will be shown at 1pm and 4pm 

at the Nolan Center in the Small Theater 

Day 5 - Sunday July 28th

​*7:00am - 7:45am - 5K Walk/Run; 1/2 Marathon & FULL Marathon Registration  at the Nolan Center 

* 8:00am - RACE START - Outer drive

SIMULTANEOUS  start of runners and walkers. 

* 12:00pm - Raffle Drawing - Nolan Center 

(after the first marathon finisher) The Raffle Drawing for the Systemwide Alaska Airlines tickets will take place.

*  3:00 pm - Wrangell Orchestra - Nolan Center

Day 2 - Thursday July 25th

This workshop covers bear encounter protocol and how to minimize risk.Featuring live demonstrations.

Presented  by Guardian Flight.  Learn vital first aid skills followed by tours of the Guardian Flight medivac jet and equipment at the Airport.

Local vendors and artists. Bearfest Merchandise. 

* 10:00am - 12pm Kids Games -  Nolan Center

 Cub-o-war, bear free camping, twister, relays and more

* 10:00am - Music Workshop and Jam Session - Nolan Center 

Jam with the Chameleon Brotherhood, learn techniques. Bring your instruments. 

11:00am -Cooking Demo with Chef Dana Tough in partnership with SEARHC- Nolan Center .   Improve your kitchen skills and learn healthy cooking using local fresh ingredients. Join Chef Dana Tough and members of the local Native community.

* 12:30 pm - Amy Gulick  -  The Salmon Way - An Alaskan State of Mind     Nolan Center - A presentation of her new book about salmon and its importance in 

our Alaskan lives.

*  2:30pm - Native Storytelling - Shakes Tribal House 

Traditional Stories told by tribal members.

*  4:00pm - SMOKED SALMON CONTEST  - Nolan Center.
Local smoked salmon tasting competition  - winner gets $100.00
